Initially released in 2000 by Sun Microsystems (now Oracle), NetBeans offers a suite of tools to streamline the process of writing, compiling, debugging, and running applications.

        The functions of NetBeans is a code editor with syntax highlighting and code completion, project management tools, a built-in debugger, and integration with version control systems like Git. It offers easy code navigation, build and deployment tools, and supports plugins to extend its capabilities. NetBeans is cross-platform, running on Windows, macOS, and Linux, making it a versatile choice for developers.

 How to install NetBeans :

  1.  Install JDK ( Java Development Kit ) from Oracle's official website. 
  2. Visit the official NetBeans website and download the installer compatible with your operating system.
  3. Once the download is complete, execute the NetBeans installer.
  4. In the installation window, choose the components you wish to install. Typically, you'll be prompted to select the Java SE package.
  5. Specify the desired location for installing NetBeans.
  6.  Click the "Install" button to initiate the installation process. 
  7. After the installation is finished, you can launch NetBeans.
